Choosing a painting

Each painting listed in the gallery pages is shown as accurately as possible with a description which includes the dimensions and how it has been finished and framed. However, it is difficult to digitally reproduce colours accurately. I want you to be able to choose a painting with confidence and be totally happy with your purchase so I offer a buy back guarantee, see below, "Returns".

 

Shipping & Delivery

There is a cost for shipping which covers packaging materials and postage.

Shipping costs are not included in the list price. 

I am able to hand deliver locally in England, to parts of Worcestershire, Warwickshire, North Gloucestershire, and the West Midlands for no additional charge. Wherever possible I will hand deliver but this is not a guaranteed service.  

Otherwise, artwork will be securely packaged and sent either by Royal Mail or via a courier. Costs will vary depending on the size & weight of the artwork and the destination. Once you have chosen a painting contact me and I will provide you with a quote for shipping and estimated delivery date. Once agreed, payment is taken before your artwork is despatched.

I will aim to ship your painting within 5 working days and will provide you with tracking information. Please do let me know if you need your artwork to arrive by a particular date.

International Shipping

Currently I do not ship internationally.
 

Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling.

Once you have decided to purchase a painting, and we have agreed delivery arrangements and costs, payment will be taken via bank transfer.

I also accept payment via PayPal which offers additional securities to us both. You can find out more information on the PayPal website.

If I am delivering the artwork to you, or if you are purchasing a painting at an in person event, I am able to take payment via my card machine. 
 

Returns

I understand it may be difficult to imagine what a painting will look like in your home and I want you to love the art you choose. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please email me within 21 days, request a refund, and we will agree a return.

You will be responsible for safely re-packing the painting and arranging return delivery using the same, or equivalent, service as it was sent to you. Once I have received the piece I will refund the full price of the painting within 3 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I always ensure the artwork is carefully wrapped and packaged securely but should any damage occur during transit please contact me as soon as possible, and within 7 days, including photographs of the damage so we can discuss and agree a resolution.
